Pharmacy technician roles are evolving, with an increasing number of opportunities available outside the traditional pharmacy settings. This panel discussion will provide valuable insights into navigating non-traditional pharmacy technician positions, such as those in research, education, pharmaceutical sales, and regulatory roles. 

Our expert panelists, including experienced pharmacy professionals, a HR specialist and industry leaders, will share advice on how to pursue and succeed in these atypical roles. They will discuss the unique skill sets required, the challenges you may face, and how to stand out in the application process. Additionally, the panel will provide guidance on how to navigate Human Resources (HR) procedures, including understanding job descriptions, negotiating compensation, and addressing workplace dynamics.
