Learning Objectives
Upon successful completion of this knowledge-based CPE activity, pharmacy technicians should be able to:

  3. Describe the Medication Error Reduction & Prevention (MERP) plan.
  4. Define Health Information Technology (HIT) and the purpose of such in healthcare.
  5. Describe the techniques and basic components of a patient interview, including tips and tricks to help manage medication reconciliation and medication therapy management interviews.

    • Provide profile information- NABP e-Profile ID # and DOB (mmdd) are required. 
  3. Complete the quiz with a minimum score of 80%. You are allowed 3 opportunities to reach this minimum score.
  4. Complete the activity evaluation form.
