The in-D credential in Investigational Drug Specialist Pharmacy Technician is separate and distinct from CPhT.
The in-D credential is valid for 2-years at which time renewal of the credential is required to maintain the credential. Renewal involves a refresher course approximately 1-hour in length as well as a competency test.
Follow these steps for in-D credential renewal:
- Pay the renewal fee & apply for renewal using this link
- Access to the refresher course using the passcode and the competency test are provided after renewal fee is submitted
