Dr. Monika Nuffer will provide a brief presentation focused on whole-person health. Participants will learn simple tools and strategies to decrease stress, become more resilient, and prevent burnout. At the end of the presentation, they will participate in making an aromatherapy product to take home. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn, socialize, make a product, and acquire new knowledge/skills.
